Our Process
Our white room bearing cleaning services and lubrication procedures and facility all correspond with both ISO 7 and MIL‑B‑81793 requirements. This facility is comprised of three separate units.
- Gray Room. Commonly used for the preparation of bearings prior to cleaning and relubrication procedures.
- Wash Room. This room houses all proprietary cleaning equipment utilized in the process of cleaning bearings in preparation for relubrication.
- White Room. Used for the relubrication, testing, and final inspection of the bearings.

Our proprietary industrial degreasing and cleaning equipment can wash or ultrasonically clean bearings and components to completely and safely remove all the grease, grit, and grime using heat, water, solvents, and detergents. After the cleaning and washing cycle is complete, we rinse the bearings and components with a rust inhibitor that prevents flash rust or corrosion while awaiting relubrication.
